Listen first, propose later
A proposal in the first conversation would not be serious. We do not know your business yet — and anyone who already has a solution is selling what they carry anyway.
Who is behind this
Concept4IT is not an agency with an organisation chart. Whoever speaks with you also sits in the project later — and for larger undertakings, named specialists join.
Doron Marcu has led Concept4IT since its registration in July 2007. Before and alongside that lie 28 years of project responsibility — largely in corporate environments where a mistake is not merely expensive but regulatorily relevant: pharmaceuticals, aerospace, banking, automotive and the public sector.
Those environments shape a way of working more than any methodology course. Someone who has written operations manuals, negotiated availability commitments and set up processes to ITIL approaches an AI undertaking differently from someone arriving from a prototype. It is precisely this governance background that carries the EU AI Act readiness work today.
The second part of the experience is rarer: having not merely advised on an AI platform but built, financed and taken one to market. That includes the moments when a model convinces in testing and does not in real use — what matters is that they were solved and the platform went into service. Anyone who has been through that promises clients different things, and spots earlier what the real obstacle is.
From both comes the position this firm rests on: enterprise method for mid-sized companies, without the apparatus and without the price tag.

Your point of contact does not change — from the first conversation to closing. Where specialists join for particular topics, we say beforehand who they are and why. Responsibility stays in one place.
If an undertaking will not pay off in our view, or we are not the right people, we say so — usually with a recommendation of who would be. A declined engagement is cheaper than a failed one.
We explain until it makes sense to you. Terms that mean nothing to you are a sign that we explained badly.
For undertakings one person cannot carry alone, we work with a circle of specialists built up over years — developers, industry specialists, data protection and legal expertise. It is not a directory of contacts but a circle of people we have already delivered with.
Who is brought in is stated before the engagement, not discovered on the invoice. And responsibility stays with us in every case: you have one point of contact, even when three people are working.
We speak from time to time at events on AI in mid-sized companies, on digitalisation projects and on building digital business models — among others at founder and entrepreneur formats.
If you are looking for a contribution to your event, your association or your entrepreneurs’ circle, do get in touch.
Frankfurt am Main — where we work from.
An hour is usually enough to see whether the chemistry works and whether we are the right people for your question.
